During His ministry on earth, Jesus spent 3 years intentionally discipling twelve young people—because lasting transformation takes time, could you?
During His ministry on earth, Jesus spent 3 years intentionally discipling twelve young people—because lasting transformation takes time, could you?
As Jesus’ example shows, true discipleship requires both time and intentional commitment. We are looking for two or three committed individuals with a genuine heart for young people to join our team in France for three years, working together to invest in the lives of today’s youth.
OM holds TeenStreet events across the world to motivate and equip Christian teens to have a real friendship with Jesus and to reflect Him daily in their world. Every year, the TeenStreet Europe youth event in Germany welcomes more than 3000 teens and leaders from across Europe, about 300 of whom are from France! But TeenStreet is more than just an event—it’s a movement, and you could play a vital role in shaping the next generation while helping take this ministry to new levels of growth and impact in France.
This ministry has a three-fold focus:
• Deep Discipleship: Investing intentionally in the lives of a limited number of young people through discipleship, spending time with them, and encouraging other coaches to continue investing in their small groups throughout the year.
• Relationship Building: Developing connections with French teenagers, youth leaders and churches across France through various annual youth events as well as visits to youth groups.
• Event Support: Assisting with the organisation of the two current events designed for French teens, both within France (TeenCity) and abroad (TeenStreet Europe).
As this is a new initiative you will need to be self-motivated, and ready to try new things, adapt when they don’t work, and persevere when it’s challenging. We would like this journey to start at Teenstreet Europe (1-8 August 2026) as a coach for a small group of teens and then join the TeenStreet France team full time from September 2026.
