Role Snapshot
You guide and oversee preparations of programs for kids by volunteers and oversee, assist and translate implementation of the program. You develop and maintain relationships with the participants (kids and teens) and support community building among them. You participate in team meetings as well as collaborate and grow together with long-term team members.
