We imagine Lacken House as a place of fellowship, rest, and equipping, where individuals are encouraged to live out their faith within their communities. Our site features the OM Ireland offices, along with guest accommodation. We welcome visitors for short stays, church retreats, youth weekends and more. To ensure this space is well cared for, maintained, and further developed, we are seeking a property manager.
As a key part of your responsibilities, you will:
- Oversee all maintenance of the property, which includes the gardens, outbuildings, and more. This requires both practical skills and a service-oriented mindset!
- Collaborate with our local and seasonal volunteers by guiding them and organising community workdays and similar activities.
- Consider innovative ways to further develop the property, keeping in mind the needs and potential opportunities for those who will be staying here.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our team and visitors, utilizing your friendly and effective interpersonal skills to make a positive impact!
As part of our team, there will be opportunities to get involved in other areas of ministry and community engagement.
