OM Africa is looking for a Field Leader to provide overall leadership to ministry work in Namibia and ensure that OM vision and mission is fulfilled.
This strategic role exists to give Spiritual leadership, strategic direction and operational management to fulfill OM's Vision of seeing Vibrant Communities of Jesus Followers (VCJFs)amongst the least reached by activating and involving the body of Christ toward engagement with the least-reached people, communities and nations.
The suitable candidate preferably Namibian citizen
should have a heart for missions, valuing mission work above pastoral duties. The candidate must be willing to work full-time and experienced in providing oversight to a small organisation of around 20 people, mainly ministry staff operating in different geographical locations.
The ideal candidate must have cultural acumen that can operate inter-denominationally.
The candidate should have the ability to network with stakeholders and like-minded organisation. The candidate should be able to facilitate DBS groups.
