Core Competencies
1. A spiritually mature Christian.
2. A passion for Christian ministry with empathy and compassion towards the unreached.
3. Ability to work well collaboratively in a team.
4. A love and concern for people.
5. Good interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with other OM colleagues and stakeholders.
Technical Competencies
1. Facilitate the screening, placement, training and development, data entry, and member care of workers in the field
2. Inspire people from all walks of life towards God's mission
3. Able to speak effectively on public platforms, preferably in English and Mandarin
4. Strong administrative, organisational and communicative skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
6. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience and competencies
