Core Competencies
1. A spiritually mature Christian.
2. A passion for Christian ministry with empathy and compassion towards the unreached.
3. Ability to work well collaboratively in a team.
4. A love and concern for people.
5. Good interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with other OM colleagues and stakeholders.
Technical Competencies
1. Lead a ministry to befriend and engage with least-reached diaspora communities in Singapore, with a focus on migrant construction workers from South Asia
2. Able to serve, build relationships, and relate to people of all levels and backgrounds
3. Build up a strong community of volunteers and partners
4. Strong leadership, organisational, communicative, and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
6. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience and competencies
