This role involves administrative and financial tasks for the International Clearing House (ICH) function in OM.
1) Manage the ICH Outlook mail box
a) Review messages in the inbox.
b) Respond, as appropriate, to emails and either file or leave in inbox to be dealt with
later.
2) Manage Payment Requests in the ICH Caleb online site
a) Check and process payment requests for the relevant day.
b) Check fund balance against payment requests to make sure funds are available.
c) Check in Isabel to make sure enough of requested currencies are available.
d) If currencies are needed let ICH Manager know details.
e) Export XML payment files to Isabel.
f) Create PDFs for Isabel request batches and Access Payment Report for checking by
second signer.
g) Arrange for second signatory to check and release payments.
h) Send confirmation email once payments are processed in Isabel.
3. Accounting
a) From Excel, post all payments and transfers daily.
b) From bank statement, post deposits from sending offices, bank charges, interest
and other transactions.
c) Posting of any adjustments and corrections as needed.

c) Continuously identify improvements to ICH work streams and processes.

Working hours
* Part time, normally between 4 and 6 hours per
week on 1 or 2 days of the week as agreed.
* Additional hours may be required in the event of
abnormal circumstances or needs and as requested
by the ICH Supervisor.
Qualifications
* Confidence and experience in bookkeeping and
office administration.
* A proven ability to work with numbers.
Experience & Skills
* Checking documentation for appropriate
authorisation.
* Entering data onto computerised banking or
general ledger systems.
* Knowledge of filing systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
and Outlook
