REQUIRED SKILLS
Core Competencies

Technical Competencies
• Manage budgets, finance policies, and bank matters
• Handle HR tasks, including contracts, interviews, training, and insurance
• Oversee office admin, maintenance, and compliance reporting
• Coordinate director appointments, AGMs, and regulatory filings with company secretary
