Have basic skills and willingness to share the Gospel in relational and respectful ways.
Are willing to serve in children and youth ministries, including activities, teaching, sports, and creative outreach.
Value fellowship and collaboration with the local church, serving alongside local leaders and believers.
Are teachable, culturally sensitive, and open to guidance from OM staff and community leaders.
Have a growing personal relationship with Jesus and a heart for God’s mission.
