OM Africa is looking for a Field Leader to provide overall leadership to ministry work in Botswana and ensure that OM vision and mission is fulfilled.
This strategic role exists to give leadership to people, ministry, resources, and networks, ensuring healthy teams, sustainable systems, and impactful outreach to the least reached.
As Field Leader, you will be expected to:
1. Build Ministry
•Lead the development and implementation of a 3–5-year strategic plan
•Set annual strategic priorities and ensure clear communication
•Strengthen ministry teams in line with OM’s values, policies, and best practices
•Build a strong prayer ministry and leadership team
2. Build Resources
•Ensure sustainable infrastructure, systems, logistics, and finances
•Develop and oversee the annual field budget
•Recruit the right people for strategic ministry roles
3. Build People
•Identify and develop leaders
•Ensure team care, clarity of roles, onboarding, training, and spiritual health
• Motivate teams toward a strong spiritual and social team life
4. Build Networks
•Maintain and grow partnerships within and outside OM
•Communicate strategic priorities and success stories with key partners
•Facilitate exposure trips and engage Area Office support
