The Training Events Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful implementation of all on-site Inspiro Training Events.
This is a remote position. Work from virtually anywhere!
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience in event management. Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Calendar, and OneDrive. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate clearly across cultures, both orally and in writing.
The role requires a passion for administration, creating structures, and managing processes to ensure smooth logistics. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and problem-solver who enjoys coordinating information and communication between people, pays attention to detail, collaborates well with others, and thrives in a multicultural environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE
The Training Events Manager coordinates the logistics and communication required for approved in-person Inspiro Training Events. The role does not include responsibility for training curriculum, trainer selection, theological or content-related decisions, or the approval of training events.
